About the role
We are seeking a skilled, behind-the-camera Digital Content Creator to produce high-performing visual assets including carousels, static images, and templated social media style videos for execution across our Demand Generation and YouTube campaigns. In this role, you will focus on utilizing our robust content libraries to churn out new video, image and carousel assets, optimize creative for varied aspect ratios and placements, help track creative performance, and develop new creative strategies aligned with our content calendar.
What you'll do
Generate engaging carousels, static images, and social-first templated videos tailored for demand generation campaigns.
Learn the ins and outs of our robust content libraries to analyze which footage can be utilized to create a variety of different creative assets.
Create multiple spot variations after monitoring creative performance metrics to innovate and refine asset design, messaging, and visual hooks over time.
Work exclusively behind the camera to produce high-quality digital media, drawing on prior experience in social media and YouTube content creation.
Design and edit assets efficiently using templating software (e.g., Canva), along with Adobe Creative Suite as needed.
Format and generate proper aspect ratios across all images and carousels, as well as any videos produced in-house.
Brainstorm and execute new content strategies and creative concepts that align with established content calendars.
Work closely with our copywriter and our larger creative team as well as our clients to generate new concepts to test.
Required Skills/Abilities
Experience creating content for YouTube or social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
Basic photography and video-production skills.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to follow established brand guidelines while bringing creativity and fresh thinking to assignments.
Ensure individual and project deliverables meet strict deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the creative workflow.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure campaign creative targets are met or exceeded.
Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and department leadership to align on project priorities.
Represent the creative function in meetings, sharing updates, challenges, and opportunities.
Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and file organization.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional design, digital marketing, creative, or content-production experience.
Demonstrated portfolio of behind-the-camera content created for YouTube and major social media channels.
High proficiency with Canva or other template-based tools.
Proficiency in Figma.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Deep understanding of social media video formats, image aspect ratios, and export requirements.
Strong ability to analyze asset performance and translate insights into fresh content ideas.
Desire to continue learning and using new creative tools, including emerging AI-assisted design and content-creation tools.

Work environment:
This is a remote position. This person must be a self-starter, able to stay on task in a remote environment, and utilize Slack, Zoom, and email to communicate with coworkers.
