Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital brand experience strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Analyze customer journeys and optimize user experience (UX) and engagement
  • Monitor brand performance metrics (engagement, conversion rates, retention)
  • Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Support digital campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
  • Conduct A/B testing and usability analysis to improve digital interactions
  • Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and customer behavior insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or UX-related roles
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (web, social, email, SEO/SEM)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping
