You know the OOH space. You've got the agency relationships. And you're ready to own a market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A fast-growing media business with a unique presence in the out-of-home and digital space is looking for a senior agency-facing commercial leader to own their New Zealand market.

You'll be the bridge between a genuinely differentiated media proposition and the agencies who need to understand and buy it. That means getting in front of investment leads, planners and trading teams across NZ's major agency groups, and building the kind of trusted relationships that turn into long-term revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Owning agency relationships across all major NZ media groups - investment, strategy, digital and trading teams

• Being the market-facing voice for a multi-platform OOH and digital media ecosystem

• Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline with real revenue accountability

• Educating agency partners on the value of contextual, environment-led media buying

• Working alongside a programmatic-savvy internal team to bring integrated solutions to market

• Feeding NZ market insights into ANZ leadership to help shape product and commercial strategy

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Solid grounding in the OOH or DOOH space - you understand how it's bought, planned and valued

• Strong, active agency relationships across NZ's media landscape

• Enough digital and programmatic literacy to hold your own in trading conversations

• A track record of building pipeline and delivering revenue in a media sales environment

• The kind of commercial confidence and EQ that makes agencies want to pick up your calls

• A self-starter approach - this role has real autonomy and you'll need to use it
