About the Opportunity

We are seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our virtual team as Destination Support Advisors. In this role, you will help clients navigate their vacation choices by researching destinations, identifying appropriate services, and providing support as their plans come together.

Client requests may involve resort stays, cruises, all-inclusive vacations, family adventures, romantic escapes, group travel, tours, activities, celebrations, and international experiences.

What You'll Handle

  • Speak with clients to gather information about their upcoming vacation
  • Understand preferred destinations, travel dates, budget expectations, and special requests
  • Investigate destination options and available vacation services
  • Search for hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
  • Select relevant choices based on each client's priorities
  • Share useful information about accommodations, experiences, and available services
  • Help coordinate requested arrangements through approved supplier platforms
  • Review traveler information and reservation details for completeness
  • Prepare and organize confirmations and other important trip information
  • Monitor upcoming payment dates and reservation requirements
  • Follow up with clients when additional details or decisions are needed
  • Communicate important updates throughout the preparation process
  • Assist with general questions and standard reservation requests
  • Keep client records and booking information current
  • Build destination and supplier knowledge through continued education

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused with a professional and helpful communication style
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking and corresponding with clients
  • Able to research information and identify appropriate options
  • Good follow-through and time-management abilities
  • Capable of handling multiple client requests and priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Willing to learn supplier resources and online reservation technology
  • Reliable internet access and compatible device
  • Self-motivated and receptive to continued learning
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
