Position Overview

We are seeking organized, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Destination Planning Specialist. In this role, you will help clients explore destinations, evaluate vacation possibilities, and coordinate experiences based on their interests, schedules, and budgets.

You may assist travelers planning tropical escapes, cruises, family vacations, romantic getaways, group experiences, tours, special celebrations, and international adventures. The position combines destination research, client communication, reservation coordination, and attention to detail.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, supplier resources, and continued education are provided to help you develop the skills and destination knowledge needed for the role.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's destination preferences, vacation goals, travel dates, and budget
  • Research destinations and identify experiences that align with client interests
  • Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation, and vacation packages
  • Compare available choices and create personalized recommendations
  • Share helpful information about destinations, accommodations, activities, and package inclusions
  • Assist clients with coordinating their selected vacation arrangements
  • Use approved supplier resources and reservation platforms to organize requested services
  • Prepare booking confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and applicable travel information
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up on incomplete planning items
  • Communicate reservation updates and important information as departure approaches
  • Review names, dates, accommodations, and other reservation details for accuracy
  • Respond to client questions and assist with routine modifications when needed
  • Provide professional service throughout the planning experience

Qualifications

  • Enjoy researching destinations and helping others plan experiences
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate careful attention to detail
  • Are comfortable researching and comparing information online
  • Can manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
  • Have basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Are dependable, self-motivated, and receptive to training
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
