Destination Care Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking organized, solutions-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Journey Services Consultants. In this role, you will assist clients with researching and coordinating the different components of their vacations while providing dependable service throughout the planning process.

Assignments may include resort vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, family getaways, couples trips, group experiences, tours, transportation, activities, and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information about client destinations, dates, budgets, interests, and vacation needs
• Explore available options using approved research and supplier resources
• Compare accommodations, cruises, packages, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
• Identify choices that match individual client requests
• Provide clear information about available services, inclusions, and reservation requirements
• Assist with coordinating selected vacation arrangements
• Use approved supplier systems to manage reservation-related tasks
• Review traveler information and booking details for accuracy
• Organize confirmations and other important trip information
• Monitor deposits, final payments, and required deadlines
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding decisions or information
• Share relevant updates as vacation plans progress
• Assist with routine reservation questions and modification requests
• Maintain accurate records and organized client files
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation services

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable assisting clients
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to research, compare, and organize information effectively
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines
• Reliable and able to work independently in a virtual environment
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools
• Willing to learn reservation technology and supplier platforms
• Self-motivated and open to continued professional development
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
