Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the brand's overall visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across web, social, email, packaging, and beyond.
- Set creative direction for campaigns - translating marketing and brand objectives into compelling visual concepts before execution begins.
- Design and personally produce high-quality hero assets, including website banners, landing pages, product galleries, and key campaign visuals.
- Guide and review social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, ensuring output stays on-brand and on-strategy across the team.
- Direct email marketing creative - headers, product showcases, promotional banners, and newsletter layouts - for both quality and performance.
- Lead product packaging design from concept through execution, balancing aesthetics with shelf and e-commerce impact.
- Oversee the creation of e-books, digital plans, and training materials that reflect brand identity and support broader marketing goals.
- Champion motion design and 3D visualisation initiatives, elevating how products and campaigns are presented.
- Direct or personally shoot and edit semi-professional product photography for use across web, social, and media campaigns.
- Provide creative feedback and mentorship to designers/freelancers where relevant, maintaining a high bar for craft and brand consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, ideally in an agency or marketing-focused environment, with a track record of owning brand or campaign-level creative direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative direction and hands-on design across web assets, social media, email creatives, and packaging.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D visualization, and basic product photography is a strong plus.
- Strategic creative thinker with a strong grasp of branding, design trends, and performance-driven visual storytelling - able to translate business goals into visual concepts.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, comfortable giving direction to designers and partnering closely with marketing and media teams.
