Design Quality Assurance Intern

Requirements

• Reviewing creative deliverables across graphic & visual design, digital, marketing, and communication projects before final delivery.
  
• Checking layouts, files, content, and deliverables for consistency, accuracy, organisation, and adherence to project requirements.
  
• Maintaining quality standards, design systems, templates, and internal processes across the studio.
  
• Collaborating with designers and project teams to identify and resolve quality gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements.
  
• Documenting feedback, observations, and quality benchmarks to support efficient project execution.
  
• ​Taking ownership of quality checks across multiple projects while ensuring timelines and standards are met.
  

• Students and freshers with a strong eye for detail and quality can apply.
  
• A portfolio, personal projects, academic work, organisational systems, documentation, or any body of work that demonstrates attention to detail, structured thinking, and a commitment to quality. (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of work and potential)
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to review, document, and manage multiple deliverables effectively.
  
• An understanding of design principles, branding, layouts, visual consistency, and creative workflows is a plus.
