Design & CAD Instructor

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced Design & CAD Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and unique learning style.
• Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, whether they are a high schooler learning the basics of 3D modeling, a college student prepping for industry certifications, or an aspiring engineer/architect mastering technical drafting.
• Adapt instruction in real time, using screen-sharing and interactive workflows to troubleshoot software bugs, refine design techniques, and explain geometry or drafting principles.
• Track student project progress and communicate effectively with families or school partners regarding portfolio development, software mastery, and technical milestone achievements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working with students who have education needs
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace

Preferred (not required):

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
