Are you a data-driven supply chain professional who thrives in fast-paced, global environments? We’re looking for a Demand Fulfilment Analyst to play a critical role in balancing demand and supply across the Americas while driving strategic decisions that shape our operations.

As a Demand Fulfilment Analyst, you will own the consolidation and analysis of regional demand and supply data, ensuring optimal allocation decisions across markets. You’ll lead key alignment forums, identify risks and opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
This is a high-impact role where your analytical expertise and communication skills will directly influence supply chain strategy and business performance.

Key Performance Outputs
  • Consolidate and analyse regional demand inputs and supply offers
  • Identify gaps, risks, and trade-offs between demand and supply
  • Lead allocation meetings across global regions to align on priorities
  • Prepare and support strategy meetings, including materials and action tracking
  • Ensure sales opportunities are accurately reflected in planning systems
  • Balance allocations across platforms and ensure system alignment
  • Track performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and compliance
  • Deliver clear insights through reports, dashboards, and executive summaries


Requirements

What You Bring

Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years in demand planning, supply planning, allocation, or S&OP
  • Experience within the food or perishables industry (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI skills
  • Experience with ERP/planning systems (advantageous)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with data
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
