Responsibilities: • Partner with Field Sales teams early in the business cycle to drive proposal development and to shape strategic, enterprise, digital native and Corp customer agreements. • Project manage the consultation and execution of agreements and coordinates the preparation of responses to requests for information/proposals/quotations. • Review and prepare contract redline, using custom language and fallbacks as appropriate. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Contract Management
