About Appalachian Children's HomeKey Responsibilities
Assist in entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems
Verify and review information for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Support the generation of reports and data analysis for program and operational purposes
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational data
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management and recordkeeping
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, data support, or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar data management tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
