Job Description

Your Role

  • Lead the analysis, troubleshooting, and modernization of complex legacy data pipelines built on SQL Server and SSIS, ensuring business-critical data processes continue running smoothly during migration.
  • Take ownership of migrating enterprise data workloads to modern platforms such as Snowflake or Hive, making key technical decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Work closely with data architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand existing data flows and translate them into scalable, future-state solutions.
  • Deep dive into large and sometimes undocumented data ecosystems, using advanced SQL expertise to identify issues, optimize performance, and resolve complex data challenges.
  • Act as a senior technical contributor who can ramp up quickly, work independently, mentor less experienced engineers when needed, and drive project delivery in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions, with deep expertise in SQL Server, ETL development, and data integration architectures.
  • Expert-level SQL skills, including complex query development, performance tuning, data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of large-volume transactional and analytical datasets.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS, including developing, enhancing, maintaining, and migrating business-critical data pipelines in production environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze, reverse-engineer, and modernize legacy data ecosystems, with experience debugging complex end-to-end data workflows and identifying root causes across multiple systems.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, combined with the ability to independently drive migration initiatives, make technical recommendations, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Fluent English

What you'll love

  • Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.
  • Be part of a company that values sustainability, inclusion, and digital equity.
  • Contribute to building a better future for people, planet, and society
