Project Description
As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing data pipelines that power the forecasting and analytics platforms. You’ll work across a global engineering organization, collaborating with product managers, front-end and back-end developers, and fellow data engineers.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for large-scale analytics and audience forecasting;
- Work across the application stack, focusing primarily on backend data engineering;
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices;
- Collaborate with global engineering pods to maintain consistent coding standards;
- Mentor and guide engineers and contractors, fostering technical growth;
- Partner with product managers and peers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions;
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 2–3 years in a senior-level role;
- Proficiency in Python and SQL;
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Google Cloud and AWS preferred; Azure acceptable;
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts; experience with BigQuery or similar technologies;
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and stakeholders;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
Nice to Have:
- Experience with JavaScript to support legacy code;
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other modern data platforms;
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and interest in applying them to data engineering;
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus;
