Must-have Skills 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role involving data pipeline development and cloud data platforms.

• Proven experience with Databricks, including development, deployment, and job orchestration.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python scripting in a data engineering context.

• Experience with data migration projects, particularly involving cloud data platforms.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue) and Snowflake.

• Experience refactoring test scripts and validation logic for new environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
