We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help design, build, and operate the data foundations that power real-time insights, analytics, and business intelligence across the platform.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to turn raw data into reliable, actionable intelligence at scale.

🧠 Your Mission

You’ll own and evolve our data infrastructure — from ingestion to analytics — ensuring our data is accurate, scalable, observable, and fast.

This role blends data engineering (pipelines, models, streaming) with analytics enablement (clean datasets, trusted metrics, insight-ready schemas).

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement data models aligned with business and product needs, optimized for performance and scalability

• Build, maintain, and optimize batch data pipelines using Apache Airflow

• Develop and support Kafka-based streaming pipelines for real-time data processing and system integration

• Integrate data from internal services, third-party databases, and external APIs

• Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability through monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices

• Partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, and leadership to translate business questions into robust data solutions

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience transforming and analysing data

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytical data modelling (facts, dimensions, metrics

• Proven experience designing and operating pipelines in production

• Strong knowledge of Kafka and streaming architectures for real-time data processing

• A pragmatic mindset: you care about correctness, performance, and delivering value — not just tooling
