About the Role" "Data Analyst - Marketing Analytics" "Responsibilities" - Integrating raw sources of data from multiple sources and transforming it into exportable files for data pipeline consumption. - Ensure digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) are set up correctly with proper tracking and tagging (UTMs, pixels). - Identifying issues or inconsistencies across marketing platforms and fixing tracking or attribution problems. - Ensuring clean, consistent, and trustworthy data across platforms and reports. - Analyzing campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to help identify trends and improvement areas. - Supporting A/B testing and experimentation with data-driven insights. - Recommending optimizations to targeting, spend, and creatives based on real-time performance. - Develop, maintain, and scale reporting dashboards and data pipelines to monitor performance of global paid media campaigns across channels (e.g., display, video, search, and affiliate). - Partner with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product teams to define KPIs and develop metrics frameworks that support customer acquisition goals. - Perform deep-dive analysis on paid media effectiveness and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and present actionable insights. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across multiple sources including campaign management tools, internal data lakes, and third-party platforms. "Required Skills" - Deep understanding of data validation techniques and discrepancy reconciliation. - Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and querying large-scale datasets. - 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or data engineering, preferably in a digital media or e-commerce environment. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI. - Strong understanding of marketing analytics, including paid media attribution, funnel metrics, CAC/LTV, and ROI measurement. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
