* Proven ability to independently facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, challenge, and refine
business requirements.
* Deep technical understanding of enterprise data models, data lineage, and data architecture concepts.
* Ability to quickly understand business processes and map source-to-target data flows.
Strong documentation skills, including:
* Data mapping specifications
* Data lineage documentation
* Functional and non-functional requirements
* Business rules and transformation logic
* Extensive experience as a Senior Data Analyst within complex enterprise data environments.
* Strong knowledge of the Insights Platform, and the role it plays in enabling strategic business outcomes.
