Responsibilities

-Define data mappings and migration rules (SuccessFactors → UKG → Payroll)

-Support data extraction and cleansing activities-Validate employee and payroll-related data-Lead data reconciliation activities-Ensure data quality and challenge inconsistencies- Collaborate with Business Analysts to align data with business processes

Essential skills

-5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst

-Strong experience with data migration and data analysis

-Knowledge of HR data models

-Experience with Excel and SQL

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-High attention to detail

-Ability to challenge vendor outputs and ensure data quality

-Fluent English (mandatory)
