Danish Speaking Travel Support Representative (Remote in Greece)

We are seeking fluent Danish speakers to join an exclusive, fully remote team supporting a world-renowned global travel brand.

In this role, you will transform everyday customer care into a high-end travel concierge service. Working from anywhere in Greece—from bustling cities to peaceful island communities—you will serve as a digital advisor for Danish travelers, handling itinerary changes, travel logistics, and digital platform navigation.

No previous experience in hospitality or travel is necessary. All new team members receive a full salary throughout our complete training program.

Key Duties

• Customized Travel Care: Assist Danish clients with intricate flight and accommodation plans, special requests, and tailored bookings.
• Digital System Help: Guide users through web portal operations, mobile app tools, and self-service account features.
• Disruption Resolution: Handle flight cancellations, schedule updates, and urgent travel changes quickly to guarantee seamless journeys.
• Refined Interaction: Provide top-tier support across phone, email, and live chat in professional Danish.
• Data Management: Track client interactions and itinerary updates accurately in our internal management software.

Ideal Candidate

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) to provide premium customer care, paired with professional English skills (B2 level or higher) for team communication and training.
• Service Mindset: Empathetic, clear, and patient, with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Technical & Work-from-Home Readiness: Tech-savvy with digital tools, combined with the self-motivation needed for full-time remote work.
