The Senior Manager will act as a high-level advisor, leading the development of digital transformation roadmaps and managing high-stakes engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include pre-sales activities, crafting proposals for OT/IT integrations, building business cases for the C-suite, and directing the implementation of advanced industrial solutions.
At GrayMatter, we transform operations and empower people. Our consulting, implementation, and technology curation services help manufacturers, water utilities, and energy companies modernize operations, reduce cybersecurity risks, and leverage analytics to accelerate production and drive digital transformation.
Position Overview
GrayMatter is dedicated to building a team of unmatched talent in industrial technology. Our culture is rooted in five core values: Accountability, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Digital Transformation (DTx) practice. This is not a traditional administrative project management role; we are looking for a consultative leader who can bridge the gap between executive strategy and the industrial floor. You will act as a high-level advisor to our clients, building the business case for Industry 4.0 and navigating the complexities of Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable in pre-sales, adept at managing complex client relationships, and capable of translating technical requirements into enterprise value. You will lead cross-functional teams to modernize supply chains, manufacturing facilities, and critical infrastructure (Water/Wastewater, Data Centers).
