Responsibilities

  • Respond to client questions throughout the trip preparation process
  • Maintain communication through email, messaging tools, and phone when appropriate
  • Work alongside supplier partners to confirm reservation details
  • Keep itinerary information accurate within internal coordination platforms
  • Stay current on destination highlights, travel updates, and promotional opportunities
  • Assist travelers during multiple stages leading up to departure
Qualifications
  • Interest in customer support within a travel coordination environment
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests in an organized manner
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote workspace
  • Familiarity with basic computer tools and online navigation
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region
