The Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Little Sleepies, you'll be the voice of our brand — the first point of contact for the parents and caregivers who love our products. You'll handle a high volume of customer inquiries via email and social media, bringing warmth, urgency, and expertise to every interaction. This role is equal parts problem-solver and brand ambassador: you'll navigate policies, resolve issues, and leave every customer feeling genuinely cared for.
