- Make outbound calls into the US market professionally and confidently
- Complete approximately 3–6 quality calls per hour
- Engage prospects and work toward successfully booking meetings
- Conduct research on companies and contacts before and after calls
- Learn and understand technical concepts and processes quickly
- Accurately update notes and activities in the CRM system
- Provide daily activity and progress updates to management
- Collaborate closely with the team and remain accountable to targets and performance expectations
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication standards during all interactions
