AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end implementation process for school partners, from initial kickoff and onboarding to ongoing support and renewal. You are responsible for ensuring successful product adoption by teachers and students while serving as the primary point of contact for school leaders.

About us

SigIQ.ai builds EverTutor, a one-on-one math support platform that delivers high-dosage tutoring, affordable and at scale, across K-12. EverTutor ships in two modes: Tutor Mode, AI-led self-paced learning for intervention, after-school, and AP prep settings, and Co-Teacher Mode, which works alongside teachers with live in-classroom practice, reteaching, and small-group support. The platform is aligned out-of-the-box to 20+ math curricula and 38+ state standards.

We are backed by GSV and Sequoia. Our flagship pilot at the Greater Dayton School in Ohio drove a 250% learning outcome improvement on NWEA MAP. We are in a white-glove pilot phase and landing new school partners faster than one person can run point on them. This is the first full-time hire dedicated to making those implementations succeed.

About the role

As our Customer Success & Implementation Manager, you own the school relationship from kickoff through renewal. You are the person who makes sure a partner school goes live smoothly, teachers actually use the product, students make progress, and the customer stays delighted enough to refer the next one. You will run point across multiple school implementations at once, our flagship partnership plus newer schools coming online this fall. These are high-stakes, closely watched partnerships that generate the references we build the company on, so the bar for care and follow-through is high.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of school partners: kickoff, onboarding, launch, and ongoing support

  • Run structured kickoff calls one to two weeks ahead of each launch so teachers know exactly which lessons to run on day one

  • Work directly with teachers on using EverTutor in both Tutor Mode and Co-Teacher Mode for instruction, practice, and guided practice

  • Pull and read student analytics and dashboards proactively, surface where students are struggling, and help teachers act on it

  • Manage scheduling, account setup, rostering, and on-the-ground problem-solving during and after launch

  • Serve as the trusted day-to-day contact for school leaders and teachers, escalating cleanly and keeping every commitment

  • Travel to partner school sites during launch windows and key moments

  • Pitch in on cross-functional work such as content QA and process-building as the team scales

Who you are

  • 2 to 5 years in customer success, implementation, account management, or a school-facing role, ideally in edtech or K-12

  • Comfortable in front of educators and school administrators; former teachers and school staff strongly encouraged to apply

  • Data-comfortable: you can live in a dashboard or spreadsheet, spot the story in the numbers, and translate it into a next step for a teacher

  • High ownership and follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks on your accounts

  • Clear, warm communicator who can hold a flagship relationship where every detail is watched

  • Scrappy and self-directed; comfortable being the first person in a function and building the playbook as you go

  • Willing and able to travel to school sites as needed

  • Available to start by September 1, 2026

Nice to have

  • Prior experience standing up a customer success or implementation function at an early-stage startup

  • Background in math education, MTSS, or intervention programs

  • Familiarity with leading math curricula (Eureka, Illustrative Math, Zearn, Envision Math, Big Ideas, or Singapore Math)

  • Former classroom teacher, instructional coach, or school administrator; direct time in schools is a real bonus for this role

Compensation and logistics

  • $60,000 to $100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience

  • Meaningful early-stage equity

  • Fully remote within the US, with travel to partner schools

  • Direct impact on students and a front-row seat as we scale from flagship to many
