Customer Success Associate (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our remote team. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding new clients, and managing ongoing customer relationships to support retention and success.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.
• Provide clear explanations of services and processes.
• Build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with clients.

Customer Engagement

• Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients, primarily through email.
• Support ongoing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Issue Resolution & Support

• Address customer questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Retention & Growth

• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
• Support initiatives that contribute to customer retention and long-term success.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and internal team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Open to 2024–2025 graduates only.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

Internet Connection:

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
• Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
