We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to serve as the frontline of support for our clients and their customers. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a professional and timely manner.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide accurate solutions.
  • Resolve complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client products, services, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information.
  • Guide customers through processes, troubleshooting steps, or account updates.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing support roles is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency with customer service software (i.e. Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot Service Hub, Salesforce Service Cloud) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with phone systems, chat platforms, and email management.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate tense situations.
