Customer Service Agent - Work From Home

Help individuals and families better understand the benefit options available to them while building valuable communication and client-service experience from home. We're currently expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, motivated people who are comfortable speaking with clients and providing personalized assistance. You'll receive training and guidance from experienced team members, so previous industry experience is not necessary. A Typical Day Your day will primarily involve connecting with clients through virtual appointments. You'll learn about their needs, provide information about available benefit programs, answer questions, and help them determine the appropriate next steps. You'll also reconnect with clients who require additional assistance, keep information organized, and participate in online training to continue developing your knowledge and skills. What You Bring We're looking for someone who can communicate confidently and professionally while making clients feel comfortable throughout the process. You should be: Comfortable speaking with people by phone and video Patient when explaining information or answering questions Organized and able to manage your own schedule Reliable and consistent Comfortable working independently Open to training, feedback, and professional development Able to use basic online and computer-based tools A computer or laptop and dependable internet connection are required for remote work.
