We are currently seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Customer Relations & Data Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a vital, dual-focus role responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our operational data. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for both customer satisfaction and data management. This position is offered on a remote basis with flexible part-time or full-time hours.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, responding professionally via email, phone, and other digital communication channels.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding E-Moto USA products, services, and policies.
* Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries to ensure a high level of satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships.
* Manage the input and maintenance of customer information, sales orders, and service records within our CRM system, ensuring exceptional accuracy.
* Process customer transactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges, with a keen eye for detail.
* Analyse customer interaction data to identify trends, report on key metrics, and suggest improvements to our processes and services.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry to post-sales support.
* Uphold data protection standards and ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service, customer relations, or administrative role.
* Exceptional data entry skills with demonstrable accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience or a keen interest in the electric vehicle industry or sustainable technologies would be an advantage.
