About the Role If you're someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and helping others navigate questions or unfamiliar processes, this opportunity may be a strong fit. As part of our remote team, you'll work directly with members through scheduled phone and virtual conversations. Your focus will be understanding what they need, providing clear information, and helping them move through each step of the process with confidence. You'll have an established workflow to follow, along with training and ongoing support from experienced team members. How You'll Support Members Each day will involve a combination of client communication, appointment management, and administrative responsibilities. Conduct scheduled phone and virtual conversations with members Listen to questions and identify what information or assistance is needed Explain available information in a clear and approachable manner Guide members through online forms and digital processes Help coordinate appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups Document conversations and maintain accurate member records Make sure necessary information and documentation are completed Follow up when members require additional assistance Work with team leaders to resolve questions when needed Maintain a professional and helpful experience from beginning to end What Will Help You Succeed We provide training, so previous industry experience is not required. We're primarily looking for people who communicate well, take their responsibilities seriously, and are comfortable learning new processes. You may be a good fit if you: Enjoy working and communicating with people Have strong listening and interpersonal skills Are dependable and follow through on commitments Can organize your workload and manage your time effectively Feel comfortable using computers, email, and virtual meeting technology Can work independently without constant supervision Pay attention to details and keep information organized Are comfortable following established procedures Welcome feedback and are interested in developing new skills Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, sales, or another client-facing environment is an asset, but not necessary to apply.
