Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, preferences, and trip coordination needs
  • Support the arrangement of accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation services, excursions, and vacation experiences
  • Research travel opportunities and review available options through approved supplier platforms
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, travel details, and itinerary information
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication tools
  • Provide assistance with reservation updates, scheduling changes, and follow-up requests
  • Keep client files organized and up to date within internal systems
  • Stay informed about destination information, supplier promotions, and travel industry developments
  • Attend virtual orientation sessions, training workshops, and team meetings

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
