Our growing remote travel coordination team is currently looking for organized and customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Care Trip Planners. Responsibilities

  • Keep travelers informed about reservation progress, confirmations, and itinerary details
  • Respond to questions and requests through email, phone, and digital communication channels
  • Assist with booking updates, schedule changes, and follow-up support when needed
  • Maintain accurate client information and organized planning records within internal systems
  • Monitor travel promotions, supplier announcements, and destination updates
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, team trainings, and development programs
