In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to travelers throughout the vacation planning process. You'll help clients understand their options, coordinate requested travel services, keep reservations organized, and provide timely support as their departure approaches.
Previous travel-industry experience is not required. We provide structured training, supplier education, ongoing mentorship, and resources to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed for the position.
What You'll Do
Serve as a helpful point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning process
Learn about each traveler's vacation goals, preferred dates, destination interests, budget, and individual needs
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages
Compare available travel choices and identify options that match client requests
Explain travel options, reservation information, and next steps in a clear and professional manner
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and other requested travel services
Utilize approved supplier platforms and company resources when organizing reservations
Prepare and provide booking confirmations, itinerary information, schedules, and applicable travel documentation
Keep track of upcoming travel dates, planning deadlines, and outstanding reservation requirements
Follow up with clients when additional information or decisions are needed
Respond to questions about current reservations and upcoming travel plans
Assist with routine booking changes, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special requests
Review traveler names, dates, reservation details, and documentation for accuracy
Maintain organized records of client conversations, preferences, requests, and booking activity
Provide timely updates when reservation information or travel arrangements change
Continue building travel knowledge through supplier training, destination education, and professional development
