Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our remote team.  In this role, you will assist clients with coordination, updates, and general support, helping ensure as smooth and positive experience - especially for those preparing for upcoming trips and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist with updates, changes and general client inquiries.
  • Share helpful information related to upcoming plans and arrangements.
  • Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure they feel prepared
  • Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive experience
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions
