Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure workflows, case management processes, business rules, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, quality guidelines, and security best practices.
• Work in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working with Pega Platform development.
• Understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case management concepts.
• Experience integrating applications through REST and SOAP services.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega certifications such as CSA or CSSA.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
