The Cross-Category Manager is responsible for the cross-functional analysis, monitoring, and optimization of all business categories, contributing to the overall commercial strategy, value proposition, and consolidated performance.


The role focuses on assortment architecture, pricing, margins, visibility, and growth of the overall portfolio, generating insights and executing initiatives in collaboration with Sourcing, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.


Your challenges:

  • Contribute to the development of the overall commercial portfolio strategy through analysis and actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, or rationalization at the portfolio level.
  • Detect cannibalization risks and identify synergy opportunities across categories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior from a cross-category perspective.
  • Analyze the cross-category assortment architecture, including breadth, depth, pricing structure, and margin framework.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in analytical roles within Category Management, Commercial, Ecommerce, or Marketplace environments.Experience working with business KPIs.
  • Experience in assortment, pricing, and margin analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
