We're growing and are almost always hiring. We need a recruiter who is fast, decisive and focused on results.

This is not a traditional HR recruiting role.

We don't measure success by resumes screened or interviews completed. Success is putting great people into the right positions quickly.

When you see a strong applicant, we expect you to move. Review the resume, call them, determine if they're a fit and get them in front of the decision maker quickly. If we find the right person, we hire them. We don't wait until every resume has been reviewed.

What you'll do

• Understand what makes someone successful in each role.
• Write and manage job postings.
• Review applicants quickly.
• Conduct phone screening interviews.
• Move strong candidates to decision makers quickly.
• Manage candidates through offer acceptance.
• Maintain our recruiting pipeline in Manatal.

What we're looking for

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong judgment and confidence making decisions.
• Experience recruiting internationally or for North American companies.
• Experience with Manatal, Workable, Greenhouse or similar ATS software.
• Comfortable working North American Eastern Time hours.
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where results matter more than activity.

2. What was the hardest role you recruited for at a company on your resume? Why?
3. Give one example from your resume where you moved a strong candidate quickly. How quickly did they reach the decision maker?
