About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy CRM Support & Implementation Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping users, solving technical challenges, and building solutions within CRM platforms.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting platform-related issues, assisting with onboarding, maintaining documentation, and implementing CRM solutions such as automations, funnels, forms, and workflows.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
  • Gather and document information necessary to investigate and resolve concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication.

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Assist new users with account setup and platform onboarding.
  • Conduct support and training sessions via virtual meetings.
  • Provide guidance on platform features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Create instructional materials and video tutorials as needed.

CRM Implementation

  • Build and configure CRM assets, including:
    • Automations and workflows
    • Email campaigns
    • Funnels and landing pages
    • Forms and surveys
    • Appointment booking systems
    • Online courses and client portals
    • Websites and related digital assets
  • Support ongoing system improvements and optimization initiatives.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Identify recurring issues and develop resources to improve user self-service.
  • Ensure documentation remains accurate, organized, and user-friendly.

Project & Administrative Support

  • Track and manage assigned tasks and projects.
  • Maintain organized records and project updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to support business objectives and client success.


Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, virtual assistance, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and working with CRM platforms and digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.


Preferred

  • Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with help desk, project management, and screen-recording software.
  • Experience building automations, websites, funnels, forms, or email campaigns.
  • SaaS, software support, or implementation experience.
