Credit Control Specialist

Salary: R25 000 – R29 000 per month

Role overview

Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Credit Control Specialist to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll bring cash in the door while keeping customer relationships intact. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Chase overdue invoices by phone and email, firmly and politely
• Manage the debtor ledger and aged debt reporting
• Agree payment plans and escalate where needed
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes
• Support cash flow forecasting with accurate collection data

What you'll need

• Proven credit control or collections experience
• Confidence handling payment conversations over the phone
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
• Clear written and spoken English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
