The Credit Analyst will manage the end-to-end technical processing of mortgage deals, including assessing client scenarios, preparing loan options, and lodging applications. They are also responsible for managing files through to settlement and handling post-settlement tasks like rate reviews.
Join a growing Australian mortgage broking business as a Credit Analyst, working fully remotely alongside a busy broker with genuine room to grow as the business scales. This role owns the technical side of every deal, from assessing the client scenario and supporting documents and working out the structure, through to preparing loan options, packaging, lodgement in ApplyOnline and managing each file all the way to settlement and beyond. You will work day to day across MyCRM, Quickli and ApplyOnline, keeping deals moving so the broker can focus on clients and new business. The ideal person is detail focused, highly organised and proactive, someone who can take the processing and analysis off the broker's plate and be trusted to run it end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client scenarios and supporting documents, work out the appropriate structure, and prepare clear loan options and product recommendations for the broker's review.
Complete servicing and serviceability calculations using Quickli and lender servicing calculators.
Prepare pricing requests, application documents and compliance documents ready for the broker to review and sign off.
Lodge deals in ApplyOnline (AOL), upload and correctly name supporting documents, and manage each application through to approval.
Order valuations and handle lender requirements, follow-ups and conditions as they come through.
Manage settlement conditions and coordinate each file through to a smooth settlement.
Look after post-settlement work, including rate reviews and repricing clients across the existing book.
Keep MyCRM accurate and up to date, and take on ad hoc tasks such as preparing prospect and repricing lists to support the broker's pipeline.

Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline (AOL), MyCRM and Quickli.
Confident with servicing calculations, packaging application documents, ordering valuations and managing lender conditions through to settlement.
Comfortable owning files end to end and keeping multiple deals moving at once without being chased.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as the broker will be relying on your assessments and file work.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Genuinely proactive and switched on, surfacing tasks, follow-ups and ideas rather than waiting to be asked.
Demonstrated employment stability, with a preference for candidates who have remained with previous employers for approximately two years or more.
A genuine interest in establishing a long-term career within our business and growing alongside the team.
Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop or desktop, quiet workspace), able to work Australian business hours.
