Cybersecurity is one of the most cinematic industries on earth. Hackers get movies made about them. Heists, hoodies, red rooms, blue teams, zero days, ransom notes typed on cracked screens. And yet most of the marketing looks like a stock photo of a padlock.

We want to fix that. We're hiring an in-house Creative Producer to help us do it.

Terra is an AI-native offensive security company. We build agentic pentesting that runs continuously, finds real exploitable vulnerabilities, and helps security teams close them before attackers get there first. Our customers are CISOs at banks, hospitals, and enterprises where a breach is a very bad day. The work is serious. The storytelling shouldn't be.

What you'll actually do

Produce the stuff people stop scrolling for. Short videos, launch films, event content, podcast episodes, motion pieces, weird one-offs, campaign assets, founder content, customer stories that don't sound like customer stories. You'll work directly with marketing, our founders, our researchers, and customers who occasionally let us tell their war stories.

You'll own the concept, the shot list, the shoot, the edit, and the ship. Sometimes you'll direct. Sometimes you'll be a one-person crew. Sometimes you'll wrangle a scrappy team of freelancers and AI tools into something that punches three weight classes above what it cost to make.

You will not be handed briefs and asked to execute them. You will be asked what you'd make, what you need, and how fast you can get it up.

Logistics

Remote, US-based. We have gravity in NYC, Boston, Florida, and San Francisco, but you can live anywhere in the US. Travel is 10 to 20% for shoots, events, and occasionally being in a room with the rest of us.

Compensation: Competitive base, plus meaningful early-employee equity and benefits. Where an offer lands depends on experience and the strength of your portfolio.

Requirements

• You have a portfolio that makes us want to hire you before we finish scrolling
• You're 2-4 years into your career and have already produced work you're proud of
• You can operate cameras, direct talent, edit, and finish work yourself when you need to
• You've used AI tools in production and have opinions about which ones are actually good
• You can get technical when it helps and get out of the way when it doesn't
• You've made things on tiny budgets that looked like they cost a lot more
• You say yes to weird ideas and then figure out how to pull them off
• You do not need to know anything about cybersecurity yet, but you have to want to learn it fast

Send your portfolio. That's the first thing we're going to look at, so lead with it.

Then tell us: what would you make for a company like Terra in your first 90 days? Give us two or three concepts you're actually excited about. What would you need to pull them off? How would you do it on a shoestring with AI tools and a team that says yes too often?
