职位概述

协助完成品牌全渠道视觉设计工作，落地基础创意设计方案，配合团队完成品牌、电商相关视觉物料的制作与落地。依托扎实的设计专业功底，严格遵循品牌视觉规范，高效完成各类平面及基础动态、视觉物料输出。科班设计专业出身即可，侧重专业基础与执行力，无需资深专项深耕经验，有基础平面、视频设计经验者优先。

主要职责

1、负责常规设计资产的制作与输出，包含海报、横幅、宣传物料、印刷材料、基础图片排版、简单动画及基础视觉页面等，严格贴合品牌定位、设计规范及业务需求，保障物料输出质量。

2、执行落地品牌现有视觉设计规范，配合团队维护全渠道设计风格统一，按照既定工作流程、设计工具标准完成日常设计工作，协助优化基础设计落地细节。

精准对接业务基础设计需求，在团队指导下完成创意落地，平衡设计效果与落地效率，完成设计初稿、优化修改及最终交付工作。

积极配合跨部门团队完成设计项目落地，根据需求输出完整的设计交付物料，配合完成草图、基础动画、视觉素材等相关资料整理与提交。

主动关注行业基础设计趋势，学习主流设计技法与工具，持续夯实个人设计能力，配合团队完成品牌视觉优化及日常业务支撑工作。

职位要求

专业与经验：统招设计相关专业科班出身（平面设计、视觉传达、艺术设计等相关专业），1-3年平面设计相关工作经验，优秀应届生可放宽经验要求；具备完整的设计落地基础流程认知，熟悉从需求对接、设计制作到物料交付的基础工作环节。

技术技能：熟练使用Adobe Creative Suite必备工具（Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign），掌握基础排版、构图、色彩搭配等专业设计原理；熟悉Microsoft Office办公软件；了解基础数字印刷、物料落地常识；会After Effects、Premiere Pro基础操作者优先。

软技能：具备良好的沟通表达能力，可清晰对接基础需求、阐述设计思路；具备基础问题排查与修改优化能力，服从团队工作安排；工作认真严谨，注重设计细节，执行力强；能够适配职场常规工作节奏，灵活配合项目调整与迭代修改。

优先考虑资质

1、具备基础平面设计、短视频/简单视频剪辑、动态视觉设计实操经验；

2、有电商、美容美妆行业设计实习或工作经验，了解行业基础视觉风格与业务场景；

3、熟悉Figma、AI设计工具（Midjourney等）基础应用，具备简单3D渲染、视觉素材优化能力；

4、具备基础英语读写能力，可看懂英文设计需求及素材资料；

5、拥有完整、能展示个人设计功底的实习/工作作品集。
