Our new client is something really innovative! This Israel-based startup is building a mobile-first app for micro dramas - a short, scripted series made for smartphones. Think of it as TikTok with short episodes lasting 1 to 1.5 minutes.

What makes you a great fit

• 3+ years of experience in creative marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, advertising, or a similar role
• Strong creative and strategic thinking — you can see both the big picture and the details
• Experience creating marketing campaigns and content for digital channels
• Good understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Ability to turn a vague idea into a clear creative concept and actionable brief
• Comfortable working with data and marketing metrics
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from idea to result
• Curiosity about AI, social media trends, emerging formats, and new marketing tools

Your day-to-day in this position

• Develop creative marketing concepts for campaigns, social media, paid ads, landing pages, and other channels
• Turn product features and business goals into engaging creative stories and campaigns
• Create and manage content concepts — from the initial idea and copy to visual direction and execution
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, product and marketing teams
• Develop creative briefs and guide projects from idea to launch
• Research trends, competitors, audiences, and emerging content formats
• Test different creative approaches, hooks, messages, and formats
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve future creatives
• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual direction
• Experiment with AI and new creative tools to make content production faster and more effective
• Contribute ideas beyond the existing playbook and identify new opportunities for growth
