Creative Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design Team and create engaging marketing visuals for our brands. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, with experience producing high-quality promotional graphics and banners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create marketing banners and promotional creatives for casino campaigns.
• Design game thumbnails, covers, and featured game artwork.
• Produce graphics for landing pages, emails, social media, and CRM campaigns.
• Adapt existing visual concepts into multiple campaign formats and sizes.
• Create seasonal and event-based promotional visuals.
• Work with AI-generated artwork, enhancing and refining it into production-ready assets.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Marketing teams to maintain visual consistency across all brands.
• Follow brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Create sales and management presentations, including: branded templates, custom decks for commercial and internal use
• Produce short animated videos and motion graphics, primarily for conference and event invitation/event promotion/product and brand introductions

Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Digital Designer.

• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, Sports Betting, or Entertainment.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual communication.
• Hands-on experience with: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro), Figma, Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Experience using AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and creative output.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect assets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders (marketing, sales, management).
• Ability to turn high-level ideas into complete, production-ready assets.

Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for simple motion graphics.
