Overview
The Creative Designer is responsible for creating and producing high-quality print (primary focus) and digital assets, ensuring technical accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce print (70%) and digital (30%) assets.
- Prepare print-ready files (resolution, color, bleeds, dielines, specs).
- Perform QA/QC and technical validation of artwork.
- Manage high volumes of files with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and external vendors.
- Troubleshoot production issues independently.
- Maintain file organization, version control, and templates.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, focused on print and prepress.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong knowledge of print production and file preparation.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle high workloads.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional information
- Experience working with print vendors and production workflows.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or DAM systems.
