Role Overview

As the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive product strategy and execution in a fully remote setting. You will lead the GEO and Platform Product organizations, focusing on product lifecycle management and operational excellence. This role provides a unique chance to influence the development of high-risk payment products, manage extensive product lines, and foster a product-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead GEO Product and Platform Product organizations.

  • Define and execute product strategy in partnership with the CEO.

  • Oversee and scale various product lines, including high-risk and low-risk payment products.

  • Manage platform product organizations and optimize roadmaps and SLAs.

  • Design and improve product operations and governance frameworks.

  • Ensure successful execution of strategic roadmap initiatives.

  • Drive data-driven product development and continuous innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a senior Product Leadership role (Head of Product, VP Product, CPO, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience in iGaming, payments, PSPs, acquiring, and high-risk payment processing.

  • Strong expertise in payment flows, APMs, P2P payment systems, and crypto payments.

  • Track record of launching and scaling products across multiple geographies.

  • Experience managing large product organizations with 15+ Product Managers.

  • Languages: English, Russian.

  • Experience in fintech.
