Required Skills

• Strong experience with Couchbase Server Administration.
• Expertise in N1QL, indexing, replication, XDCR, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Couchbase clusters.
• Monitor platform health, performance, capacity, and availability.
• Perform database administration, backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot cluster, replication, indexing, and query performance issues.
• Implement scalability, high availability, and security best practices.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, and DevOps teams to support production environments.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management for critical issues.

 

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NoSQL database architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, high-volume production environments.
