You Will Be Responsible For: Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing and construction projects. Manage client costs, including cost validation, invoice reconciliation, creation, tracking and closing of subcontractor. Report on Purchase Orders through weekly & monthly reporting. Track expense and capital spend. Manage invoicing process, creation and uploading of invoices, tracking and management of aged debt. Oversee supporting data and sharing to internal stakeholders. 100%25 telecommuting permitted. Position reports to company HQ in New York, NY.

You Will Need to Have:

Minimum Requirements for Position: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Industrial Management, or related field and 4 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in a related occupation.

Education or experience must include:

1.       Cost management

2.       Microsoft Suite (MS Office tools)

3.       SAP

4.       Ariba

5.       Novartis processes and procedures

Rate of Pay: $119,642.00 - $119,642.00/per year
