We’re seeking a Corporate Sustainability Co-op who is passionate about environmental and social impact, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world sustainability projects that make a difference. You’ll join a high-performing team of sustainability professionals and gain hands-on experience helping to implement key initiatives that align with our long-term corporate sustainability priorities. Application period for this role will close September 28. This position will be 35-40 hours per week with a tentative start date of January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 and may continue through the academic year depending on funding and performance. This position pays $22.00/hour.  

What You’ll Be Responsible For: 

·    Researching and analyzing industry-leading sustainability trends and practices

·    Supporting the rollout of sustainability initiatives and programs across the company

·    Monitoring sustainability metrics and preparing reports for leadership

·    Developing educational materials and communication strategies to promote sustainability engagement

·    Creating compelling presentations and executive briefings for cross-functional stakeholders

What You Need to Have: 

·    Currently enrolled in an accredited university

·    Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related discipline

·    Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

What Will Set You Apart: 

·              Strong critical thinking, analytical, and research skills

·              Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

·              Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in tailoring messages for executive audiences

·              Passion for corporate sustainability topics in the FinTech or financial services space
