Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Pay Range: $195,000 - $215,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Variable Compensation:
The position is also eligible for bonus under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus is earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.

Ability to translate complex legal, real estate, and EHS requirements into practical, business-oriented guidance that supports growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation
Risk Assessment & Decision-Making
Demonstrated ability to assess legal, operational, and regulatory risks and provide clear, timely recommendations to business leaders
Regulatory & Compliance Expertise
Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, EPA, real estate laws), with the ability to apply requirements across diverse operational settings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Legal, Real Estate, EHS, Operations, HR, and Finance to drive aligned outcomes
Negotiation & Contract Strategy
Skilled negotiator with the ability to balance legal protections with business objectives in lease agreements, transactions, and compliance matters
Project & Transaction Management
Ability to manage multiple concurrent real estate and compliance initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
Attention to Detail & Analytical Thinking
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in reviewing complex contracts, regulatory requirements, and due diligence materials
Communication & Executive Presence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly and confidently to senior leaders

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing shifting priorities across both real estate and EHS legal matters
